I was referred to Island Boat Wiring by a friend, I phoned Kevin on Friday and we made an appointment for the following Monday, and guess what, he showed up right on schedule. Kevin was fair with his pricing, he found my wiring issue that had been driving me crazy, and had me straitened out in a short time. When I wanted to add an amplifier to the factory installed audio system on my Regulator, I reached out to Kevin of Island Boat Wiring. He responded promptly, swung by the boat to evaluate the existing conditions, made arrangements for a convenient time for install, then “showed up” &  did a nice clean job. We were recently in Marathon on a 10 day fishing trip, the first morning out I was having problems with my windlass and my live well, neither one were working. Kevin was referred to me from a fishing friend of mine in Marathon. I called him late Tuesday afternoon he was at my boat my boat early Wednesday morning. He had me back on the water in no time. He is very knowledgeable about a boat and how the wiring functions on a boat. Kevin did a great job for me and I highly recommend him. Island boat wiring saved my vacation! My old GPS went down on day one of the trip and despite my best efforts, I couldn’t get it fixed. Tried to take it to the shop and they said throw it away and buy a new one ($2500). Took a chance on it being salvageable if the right person got in there… turns out Kevin was the right guy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Boat Repair Service! We had an issue with the trim tabs on our boat, and Kevin Dettmon with Island Boat Wiring did an outstanding job fixing them. They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and had us back on the water in no time. The work was professional, clean, and done right the first time.
